Account Management
The programme is designed to develop client engagement and account management competencies in people who are required to consult and engage with internal clients. Often they are progressing from technical and middle management roles towards higher leadership responsibilities. The program encompasses four to five half day interactive workshop style training sessions followed by several one on one coaching sessions with an accomplished senior account management veteran.
